Join us in celebrating California Biodiversity Day with a hike along the Sweetwater Interpretive Loop as we admire the diverse and unique biodiversity that San Diego has to offer! Along our 1-1.5 mile* hike, we will identify the flora and fauna that follow along the Sweetwater River, and chat about different seed dispersal techniques of native plants and how birds aid in the dispersal! We will also record our sightings using iNaturalist.

It will be very hot which is why we are starting our hike early, so you MUST bring a full bottle of water with you! And please remember to wear a hat.
