Reserve Rangers

The purpose of the Reserve Rangers volunteer patrol is to assist with the safe, effective management of south San Diego County conserved lands. Reserve Rangers will provide visitors with educational information about the area and inform management staff of safety and habitat condition issues requiring their attention. Reserve Rangers will strive to achieve and maintain positive relationships between different visitor groups, and present a professional image.

Volunteer rangers benefit from fellowship with people who also care and are curious about conservation in San Diego County. Quarterly meetings include special presentations and training from expert speakers about habitat and safety issues. By becoming a Reserve Ranger, you’ll gain a sense of satisfaction, knowing you are improving the habitat and safety of our precious natural resources.

Contact us if you’d like to join the ranger volunteer patrol program. See calendar for next quarterly meeting.
